Executed as a full gut renovation, this Gowanus townhouse was rebuilt inside and out, with a new front façade and rear addition organized around a double-height primary suite.
Oversized front windows framed in reclaimed wood open to Juliet balconies, a language that continues at the rear where balconies extend along the second floor and connect to the back deck. The primary suite occupies an entire floor and is defined by abundant southern light and a five fixture bath. Below, a double height opening links the cellar to the ground floor, creating a continuous and light filled living environment.
Project executed while at OPerA Studio Architecture as Project Architect.
